Value Line Analyzer 3.0

Window Xp users with SP2: To enable the Value Line Analyer 3.0 to bypass the system's firewall.

Click Start
Click RUN then Enter
Enter WSCUI.CPL in the text box
Click OK

Click Windows Firewall at the bottom of the window


Click the Exceptions tab

Click Add Program

Add program by clicking on the browse button

In the Add Program dialog box, browse for the Value Line Investment Analyzer program (Default location is C:\Program Files\Value Line Publishing\Value Line Investment Survey for Windows\Vlis.exe)
